Advancing a new approach to how cancer therapies are delivered

Chemotherapy Effectiveness Depends on Reaching the Tumor1,2

Tumor vascularity can significantly influence therapeutic delivery. Hypervascular tumors contain extensive vascular networks that facilitate drug transport. In contrast, hypovascular tumors, including many pancreatic, lung, and sarcoma tumors, have limited blood flow, which can restrict therapy penetration and create a significant barrier to treatment delivery.

TAMP: A targeted Option To address Drug delivery Barriers3,4

TAMP Mechanism of Action4

Following TAMP delivery, transmission electron microscopy analysis confirmed nanoparticles within the perivascular space of the adventia (red arrows).

After vessel isolation, increase in pressure forces drug across the artery wall into the micro-vasculature and into tissue.

Take the Next Step

Your doctor will determine if TAMP is right for you and how this approach may fit within your overall treatment plan.
